Vitaly Minyailo is the founder and CEO of EON+. Obtains a PhD in artificial intelligence systems, more than 20 scientific publications. Since 2014, he has been working in management positions in such companies as Betinvest, Virus agency and Neurotrack.

Career in IT consisted of development of sites, mobile applications, web applications, development of products based on machine learning and neural networks, marketing promotion of IT products, project and company management, project and product management, as well as promotion of YouTube videos and TikTok. In parallel with his work, he promotes the topic of artificial intelligence.

This multidisciplinary experience gave impetus to the development of a plan to start its own IT laboratory for the development of products based on artificial intelligence and to find like-minded people for deeper development of this matter. Thus, while working at Betinvest in 2015, Vitaly met Oleksandr Pivtorak, who became the second key person in the life of EON+.

Studied flexible computerized systems and robotics. During his career, he had the opportunity to work on various aspects of products: marketing, development, design, and eventually became CPO at Neuroshop. In parallel with the work, since 2015, Sasha and Vitalik delved into the topic of artificial intelligence, its possibilities and the future of technology, and that's when the idea arose to create videos about technologies, theories and aspects of automation of thinking.


When in 2022 they reached the creation of EON+, the guys became the first co-founders. Active work with partners, control and management of projects, work with the product - all this gave Sasha thorough knowledge in order to work on the investment package of the laboratory and communicate with other partners.


The story of the next participant began in 2015 at the stage of work on marketing and popularization of artificial intelligence as such to the masses.

Mikael Dumikian - CBDO EON+. He has two higher educations and a candidate of sciences degree. Mikael's hands-on experience with market analytics research helped build a clear structure and vision of what products users already need and how the lab can contribute to their development. Mikael's main responsibilities are the search for ways to expand the functionality of the product, as well as work in the direction of attracting investments.


Initially, EON+ was engaged in the creation of educational and entertaining videos about thinking and its automation, the impact of the development of artificial intelligence on humanity and what opportunities it can provide today. Thanks to this, AI ideology gradually began to take shape into a concrete theory and understanding of how everything should work and how it could be programmed. Participants begin to experiment with the use of technologies for automating work tasks and processes, and develop innovative marketing methods (for example, an algorithm with which it was easy and almost free to bring any video to the top of YouTube and receive hundreds of thousands or even millions of views) . In the same 2015, Stas joined the team.

Subsequently, the team was joined by Stanislav Motorny as a Chief Technology Officer. He also completed his master's degree at Sikorsky University in Kyiv. He worked as a front-end developer and gradually transitioned to managerial positions in the IT field. Later, he founded a small company specializing in developing IT solutions for businesses (B2B), simultaneously holding positions as a Product Manager in several startups.

The field of artificial intelligence (AI) first seriously piqued his interest back in 2016 when he became acquainted with Vitaliy's ideas regarding the necessity of developing and implementing artificial intelligence in technology and society. In his practical work, he encountered neural networks while working at a social media startup, as well as at Neurotrack, where he served as the head of the technical development division responsible for interpreting brain activity metrics for neuromarketing research.

His previous experience in organizing the development and support of IT products proved to be valuable in the EON+ AI project. Stanislav actively contributes to product development planning, defining functionality, and seeking technical solutions.

Artur Samoilenko - SMO EON+. He has been working in the field of Internet marketing for more than 5 years, and was involved in various projects: crypto, AI, E-commerce, IT.

Thanks to Arthur's skills, he managed to cheaply bring users to the mobile application LeStories (social network), which received more than 100,000 users and 5 million views in the US, Europe, and several other countries, and the average cost per attracted user was about $0.03.

Therefore, shortly after joining the lab, the team began to actively and successfully promote their products in the AppStore and Google Play Market, working with various bloggers and influencers, as well as promoting the concept and brand in social networks and other platforms. The final stage of the formation of the team was the joining of Christina.

Khrystyna Syrota - COO EON+. Got acquainted with artificial intelligence for the first time while studying to become a software engineer in 2016. Subsequently, she decided to retrain as an IT manager and develop management skills, but technical skills became useful for a complete understanding of the IT product development cycle and their implementation.

The path to the laboratory began with an acquaintance with the CEO, Vitaly, during one of the IT conferences, at which Khrystyna was present as a representative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Constant work with technologies, interesting discussions about the technologies of the future and understanding their advantages led to the EON+ team, where Khrystyna was involved in the development of social networks of the laboratory, work with content, and later moved to the organization and control of work processes.
